Against the advice of counsel, I am waiving my right against self-incrimination and openly sharing the trials and tribulations of my first year of solo law practice in California.
Nothing much to report today - more packing and cleaning around the house. Why didn't anyone warn me how much work is involved in getting a house ready to sell?

I'm a lawyer, but please don't hold that against me. :-) I passed the California bar exam in 2005 and am still trying to figure out what to do with my life.
